She was born and raised in Negros Occidental but spent some 20 years working in Spain where she worked as Manager and Director for Sales & Marketing to various travel agencies, resorts, airlines and hotels like Thomas Cook, KLM Airlines and Ritz Carlton Hotels. Presently she is working with her family corporations and is a Consultant for Fuego Hotel & Properties Management, Philippines.

JOHN I. GAYOSO, Vice-President

He is a born leader. He is a member of the CISV International Governing Board and is a member of Bukas Loob sa Diyos Covenant Community where he served in the teaching ministry and has been Club Secretary of the Rotary Club of Bacolod-North.


She has the rare gift of quickly responding to whatever needs to be done or sourced for the projects of KNFI. This gift of hers has made Bel truly an asset to the civic and Christian organizations that she helps. And her commitment to service is exemplary. Married to businessman Vicente Tanpinco and blessed with 4 children, Bel is the Vice President/Treasurer of Genuine Mercantile Corporation and holds executive positions in several other corporations involved in the trading of motor and auto parts.


She is a multi-awarded designer and resource speaker on entrepreneurship for various business groups. Gigi together with her husband were instrumental in bringing the Bukas Loob ng Diyos Covenant Community to Bacolod. Gigi is also a member of the Association Negros Producers, Inc. , BAHA – the Anti-Baha Alliance of Bacolod City and PHILEXPORT - Philippine Exporters Confederation. She is Managing Director of Reeds and Weeds, Inc. a company involved in the manufacturing and export of lifestyle furniture and furnishings.


He is a cinematographer-filmmaker based in Manila but has done several films in his birthplace, Negros. He garnered the Balanghay Trophy for Best Cinematography in the 2008 at the Cinemalaya Independent Film Festival and was nominated in the Gawad Urian Awards for Best Cinematography also in 2008. Aside from his love for films, his other love is advocacy work and teaching.


He is lawyer and is well known in the community for his integrity and big heart. His legal counsel and wisdom has been a much appreciated blessing to the board. He has been voted as one of the Top Ten Most Outstanding Councilors of the Philippines in 2006 and has served as a councilor in the city of Bacolod for two terms. Lyndon is serving as Chairman for Christian Foundation for Persons with Disability.


She is a lawyer who is actively involved with Women and Children’s Rights, currently serving as  the Executive Director of  Anti-Trafficking Legal Advocates Society (Atlas) Inc. She also heads the Women and Children’s Legal Desk, Law Center of the University of St. La Salle College of Law. Her track record as a dedicated public servant, shows her commitment and resolve to protect children’s rights at all cost. Her  simple goal of helping generate jobs for the people of Bacolod ten years ago has evolved in her spearheading a countrywide ICT (Information and Communications Technology) industry development.

As the newest member of BOT, she brings youth and passion to the work of the Kalipay Negrense Foundation, Inc.
